This is a document review process which can have couple of stages - Initial review - Legal Review - Final review
Initial review stage :
1. Group of engineers write technical documents 2. Each engineer uploads the document to their team site and ask couple of team members(Reviewers) to review/ adjust the document ( Number of Reviewers are dynamic here - They should be able to do this simultaneously. So version - enable, Check in - disable) 3.Need to input some data in Initiation form (What reviews to complete etc..) 4.Reviewers either : Accept the invitation email and adjust the document within due date Reject the invitation Assign somebody else ** All reviewers has to say they have 'Completed' the task for the next Review to activate . ( duration 2-3 days) 5. Legal Review : (If specified in Initiation form) Same steps as above stage *** All reviewers has to say they have 'Completed' the task for the next Review to activate 6.Final Review : (If specified in Initiation form) End of workflow .

1. Have you written anything about "Collecting Feedback" workflows in SP designer 2013/ Visual Studio 2013 ? 2. How to handle dynamic reviewers ? 3. What is the best way to handle multiple(this can very too) review stages ? one main workflow or 3 workflows with a link ?
