While we are implementing meta tags for SharePoint 2010 for SEO optimization, we have come across the tool developed by
Waldek Mastykarz. This tool is so cool to add the meta tags like description and keywords to your SharePoint pages without modifying the masterpage or page layouts which was already developed. We come across an issue while implementing this, tool was working fine with V4.master but not with our custom master page, later we have found that our custom master page is missing the "AdditionalPageHead" delegate control. One more article helps us here "Using the Delegate Control to Add Meta Tags to SharePoint Pages" to troubleshoot our issue.
This list of content types with their ID, columns, columns are very useful whenever you are developing custom content type or even if there are any issues with content types then it is easy to identify which content type is having issue etc.
Corey Roth fellow SharePoint MVP mentioned in the above article how we could remove links like OneDrive for Busines, Yammer/Newsfeed and Sites if you are a tenant administrator.
