i tried to create a workflow to sharepoint in vs2012.but it is not shows error "Activate feature:object reference not set to an instance of an object.Am new to sharepoint.could you please help me with this

workflow to sharepoint vs2012

i tried to create a workflow write log to history
using .In the Historry log to display content logged by write to history activity i selected CREATE NEW..thats only the changes i did.but when deploy it shows theerroe "Activate features":object reference not set to an instance of an object...and also i can activate only workflow features in sharepoint,not able to activate workflow list features
